* Supplemental premiums (e.g. membership to the plans} are paid for by the Company on behalf of the employee are considered benefits-In-kind and therefore taxable to the employee. An eligible dependent is defined as a legal spouse, legal civil partner, and/or children up to the age of 25.

** Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the tax year.
