  • Medical

    Take advantage of the generous healthcare plan with DKV, including reimbursement for inpatient hospital treatment, alternative treatments, medical care when travelling abroad and more.

  • Dental

    Smile bright with our dental plan, covering preventive and routine dental care, emergency worldwide treatment, orthodontia and more.

  • Vision

    Take advantage of our generous optical benefits, covering up to €500 for contacts lenses, and prescription glasses every two years.

  • Retirement

    Once enrolled, Fisher will automatically contribute 4% of your base pay up to the social security ceiling and 12% for base pay income over the ceiling toward your pension scheme. Fisher will also match your personal pension contribution up to a maximum of 50% of the annual contribution limit.

  • Time off

    • Up to 28 days of annual leave (per year), increasing to 30 days per year after 5 years of service.
    • Purchase up to 3 extra days of annual leave (per year)**

* Supplemental premiums (e.g. membership to the plans) are paid for by the Company on behalf of the employee are considered benefits-in-kind and therefore taxable to the employee. A qualified dependent is defined as a legal spouse, registered domestic partner, and/or children up to the age of 25.

** Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the tax year.
