We're pleased to offer out employees well-balanced and proactive healthcare options. FIE will cover 100% of the supplemental medical and dental premiums for you and your qualified dependents.*

MEDICAL COVERAGE: Our supplemental medical provider, Bupa, generally covers a range of conditions (with some exclusions), as well as in and out patient fees; children are covered up to the age of 25. There's also a cash benefit if you're treated in a NHS facility. Partnered with Bupa, you will have access to Babylon which will provide efficient, digital GP consultations for your healthcare needs, available 24/7.

In addition, the Wellness Programme through AXA is available 24/7 for expert counselling services as well as our partnership with Ginger Emotional Support for 24/7 coaching and support through their text-based app. We will also cover the cost of your Annual Health Screening; we want our employees to stay healthy and take advantage of preventative care.

DENTAL COVERAGE: We offer two dental plans, administered by Unum, for employees to choose from for both Private and NHS treatment. Children up to the age of 21 (or 24 if they're enrolled in full-time education) are eligible under this plan and until the age of 18 can receive up to £375 for orthodontics.

*Supplemental premiums paid (e.g. membership to the plans) for by the company on behalf of the employee are considered benefits-in-kind and therefore taxable to the employee.

You have a choice of two pension contribution methods to choose from; Salary Sacrifice or Non-Salary Sacrifice*, so you can choose the strategy that works best for your current - and future - needs.

Once enrolled, FIE will automatically contribute 9% of your base pay each moth. To take your savings further, FIE will match your contributions up to a maximum of 5% of your base pay.

*Everyone's personal tax situation is unique, we suggest that you talk to a tax advisor to discuss which contribution method is best for your personal situation.

Our annual leave package is intended to give our employees the downtime they need to stay happy and healthy. We understand how important it is to be able to take time off work and plan holidays with friends and family.

ANNUAL LEAVE PURCHASE PLAN*: Would you like a few more days off to take your dream holiday? Employees can now purchase up to 3 extra leave days a year.

*Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the year.

Up to 31 days of annual leave!

Accrue up to 28 days annual leave.

Increasing to 30 days with 5 years of service.

Need more time? Employees can now purchase up to 3 additional days!

Exercising is a great way to unwind after work and improve your health. With a gym membership, you can work out when it's most convenient for your schedule.

Our employees can focus on their fitness goals and wellbeing with our Gym Membership Subsidy. As a FIE employee, you have access to a gym membership portal with a selection of over 3000 gyms and clubs. Look at the options and pick one that can work best for you. Sign up and you'll receive a £50 monthly gym membership subsidy from us!

A Season Ticket Loan can help you save money on your daily commute expenses, whether you take the Overground, Tube or bus.

After 6 months of employment*, you have the option to purchase an annual ticket interest-free, and FIE will deduct the cost from your pay cheque each month. With an annual ticket, you can also receive an Annual Gold Card which offers many perks on leisure rail travel.
