Medical
Our supplemental medical provider, Bupa, covers a range of conditions, in and out patient fees, and access to an extensive network of consultants and hospitals. You will also have access to Bupa Touch which will provide digital GP consultations, available 24/7.

Dental
We offer two dental plans, administered by Unum, for employees to choose from for both private and NHS treatment. Included in your dental treatment cover, this plan also offers worldwide emergency dental coverage, child orthodontics, and pre-existing conditions are covered!

Wellness
In addition to our medical plan, we offer an EAP which is available 24/7 for expert counselling and a partnership with Headspace and Headspace Care for 24/7 coaching and support. Fisher will also cover the cost of an annual Nuffi eld Annual Health Screening so that our employees can keep healthy and take advantage of preventative care.

Pension
You will have two pension contribution methods to choose from: Salary Sacrifice or Non-Salary Sacrifice†. Once enrolled, Fisher will automatically contribute 9% of your base pay each month and will match your contributions up to a maximum of 5% of your base pay!

Enroll in a gym membership through Gymflex and Fisher will provide a subsidy of £50 per month towards your membership fee!‡

Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the tax year.
