In der Rolle des Client Service Associates (m/w/d) koordinieren Sie Kundenanfragen, indem Sie eng mit unseren internen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um unseren Klienten den bestmöglichen Service zu gewährleisten. Day-to-Day:

Managen der gesamten administrativen Anliegen unserer vermögenden Privat- und Firmenkunden
Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Verträge und diverser Dokumente
Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in den Bereichen der Vertragsabwicklung, der Serviceleistung und Prozesse unserer Partnerbanken sowie der Legitimation und Depoteröffnung unserer Kunden
Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projektarbeiten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Bankausbildung) bzw. ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office Programmen
Ein positives und serviceorientiertes Auftreten verknüpft mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative sowie erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt sind wünschenswert
Vorausschauende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Herausragende Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
