Als Resource Management Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie fester Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Team im Vertrieb und Vertriebsmanagement und unterstützen diese aktiv. Sie wirken bei der Umsetzung von Prozess- und Serviceverbesserungen mit bzw. stoßen diese aktiv an mit dem Ziel, den Vertrieb möglichst effizient zu gestalten.

Day-to-Day:

Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen für den Vertrieb und unser Vertriebsmanagement
Unterstützung bei firmenweiten Projekten
Erstellung von Auswertungen für unsere internen Abteilungen und unsere Managementebene
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung/Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse
Verteilung der Interessentenanfragen an unseren Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich absolviertes Hochschulstudium
Lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
