In qualità di Responsabile Commerciale Regionale di Fisher Investments, contatterai telefonicamente potenziali clienti dall’alto profilo patrimoniale i cui contatti sono forniti dalla società, e pianificherai appuntamenti di persona. Incontrerai potenziali clienti con l’obiettivo di avviare una collaborazione con loro e ottenere attivi da gestire. La presente posizione è altamente imprenditoriale e prevede lunghe chiamate (ma non chiamate a freddo) e una consulenza di vendita diretta. Sarai supportato/a da gruppi di gestione di portafoglio dedicati e di servizio clienti che gestiscono i rapporti di transition e retention del cliente.

Attività giornaliere:

  • Lavorare da casa come libero professionista (Tied Agent) e focalizzarsi totalmente sull’acquisizione del cliente (non sono incluse attività amministrative o di after-service);
  • Focus sull’acquisizione di nuovi clienti con un patrimonio di almeno 350.000 € in asset liquidi;
  • Ricevere supporto dai nostri team interni e ottenere un flusso costante di lead (contatti) generati da materiale informativo distribuito da Fisher;
  • Coltivare e comprendere la filosofia di mercato di Fisher Investments, con il supporto di sessioni di approfondimento che spaziano dai mercati finanziari alle tecniche di vendita;
  • Riportare direttamente al Direttore Generale.

Qualifica richiesta:

  • Verificabile track record su creazione e gestione di portafogli di investitori sui mercati azionari;
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza di successo nella vendita a individui dall’alto profilo patrimoniale;
  • Track record quantificabile nella chiusura di rapporti commerciali con nuovi investitori.

  • Altamente orientato/a al perseguimento degli obiettivi e capace di superare gli ostacoli;
  • Abile nel comunicare con un ampio ventaglio di interlocutori attraverso capacità interpersonali dinamiche;
  • Estremamente etico/a e professionale.

As a Regional Sales Manager with Fisher Investments, you will call high-net-worth leads we provide, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments. You will meet with prospective clients with the goal of gathering new clients and assets for our firm. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive calling (although no cold-calling) and direct consultative selling. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups who manage the transition and retention of client relationships.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work from your home as an independent contractor (tied agent) and focus totally on acquisition (no administrative or after-sale activities)
  • Focus on bringing on new private clients with liquid assets of more than 350,000 Euros
  • Receive support from our teams and have a constant flow of leads generated by Fisher and marketing materials
  • Cultivate an understanding of Fisher Investments market philosophy, supported by sessions ranging from Capital Markets to sales training
  • Report directly to the Managing Director

Your Qualifications:

  • Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors
  • 5+ years of success selling to high net worth individuals
  • Quantifiable track record in closing new investor business
