De uitdaging:
Als verbonden agent bij Fisher Investments bel je vermogende particulieren die wij aanbrengen en overtuig je hen om een afspraak te maken. Je ontmoet prospecten met het doel voor ons bedrijf nieuwe cliënten en activa binnen te halen. Voor deze functies is een ondernemende, proactieve houding erg belangrijk en je zult veel telefonisch contact moeten leggen (maar geen cold-calling) en directe adviserende verkoop om omzet te realiseren. Je wordt ondersteund door onze gespecialiseerde portefeuillebeheerders en de medewerkers van onze klantenservice, die cliënten helpen om de overstap te maken en de relatie met hen in stand houden.
De functie:
- Je werkt van thuis uit als zelfstandige dienstverlener (verbonden agent) en focust volledig op acquisitie (geen administratieve taken of after-sales-service)
- Je verkoopt aan vermogende particulieren
- Je focust op het binnenhalen van nieuwe particuliere cliënten met meer dan € 350.000 aan liquide middelen
- Je wordt ondersteund door onze teams en krijgt van Fisher een constante stroom leads en marketingmateriaal aangereikt
- Je ontwikkelt een goed begrip van de marktfilosofie van Fisher Investments dankzij trainingssessies over uiteenlopende onderwerpen, van de kapitaalmarkten tot salestechnieken
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director
Jouw profiel:
- Je behaalt systematische en kwantificeerbare individuele verkoopsuccessen bij aandelenbeleggers
- Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met verkopen aan vermogende particulieren
- Je hebt een met cijfers gestaafde staat van dienst in het binnenhalen van nieuwe beleggingsstromen

The Opportunity:
As a Regional Sales Manager with Fisher Investments, you will call high-net-worth leads we provide, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments. You will meet with prospective clients with the goal of gathering new clients and assets for our firm. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive calling (although no cold-calling) and direct consultative selling to close business. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups who manage the transition and retention of client relationships.
The Day-to-Day:
- Work from your home as an independent contractor (tied agent) and focus totally on acquisition (no administrative or after-sale activities)
- Sell to high net worth individuals
- Focus on bringing on new private clients with liquid assets of more than 350,000 Euros
- Receive support from our teams and have a constant flow of leads generated by Fisher and marketing materials
- Cultivate an understanding of Fisher Investments market philosophy, supported by sessions ranging from Capital Markets to sales training
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Your Qualifications:
- Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors
- 5+ years of success selling to high net worth individuals
- Quantifiable track record in closing new investor business
