Los directores regionales de Fisher Investments se encargan de llamar a los clientes potenciales con un alto nivel de patrimonio (cuyos datos de contacto son facilitados por la empresa) y se reúnen con ellos presencialmente con el objetivo de captar nuevos clientes y activos para nuestra empresa. Este puesto es muy emprendedor e implica realizar una gran cantidad de llamadas (pero no llamadas en frío) y ventas directas. Contarás con el apoyo de departamentos dedicados a la gestión de carteras y al servicio al cliente, que gestionarán la transición y la retención de los clientes.
Funciones:
- Trabajar desde casa como autónomo y centrarse únicamente en la captación de clientes (sin actividades administrativas ni de posventa).
- Centrarse en la captación de nuevos clientes con un patrimonio de inversión igual o superior a 350 000 EUR.
- Recibir apoyo de nuestros departamentos y tener un flujo constante de clientes potenciales generado por Fisher Investments y por el material informativo distribuido por la empresa.
- Adquirir un buen conocimiento de la filosofía de mercado de Fisher Investments asistiendo a sesiones en las que se tratarán temas desde los mercados financieros hasta las técnicas de venta.
- Trabajar bajo la supervisión del director general.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia probada y cuantificable en ventas individuales con inversores en bolsa.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas enfocadas a los inversores con altos patrimonios.
- Resultados de captación de nuevos clientes.

As a Regional Sales Manager with Fisher Investments, you will call high-net-worth leads we provide, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments. You will meet with prospective clients with the goal of gathering new clients and assets for our firm. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive calling (although no cold-calling) and direct consultative selling. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups who manage the transition and retention of client relationships.
The Day-to-Day:
- Work from your home as an independent contractor (tied agent) and focus totally on acquisition (no administrative or after-sale activities)
- Focus on bringing on new private clients with liquid assets of more than 350,000 Euros
- Receive support from our teams and have a constant flow of leads generated by Fisher and marketing materials
- Cultivate an understanding of Fisher Investments market philosophy, supported by sessions ranging from Capital Markets to sales training
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Your Qualifications:
- Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors
- 5+ years of success selling to high net worth individuals
- Quantifiable track record in closing new investor business
